A Memorable Conference
My professional organization holds a conference every year. This year's keynote speaker was an expert on ethics. He used many examples from his religious upbringing to illustrate his points, and referred to his "Catholic guilt" more than once.
As we were bidding farewell, I handed him a card. He burst out laughing, and said he couldn't wait to share with friends and colleagues back home. I gave him a few more cards to distribute.
Now he'll always have a smile on his face when he thinks of our conference!
